Challenge: iAuto Analytics, a SaaS startup in the automotive industry, did not yet have a CRM or email marketing system. The business was launching the MVP version of its core product, MarketScope, and needed to ramp up its sales pipeline in two strategic test markets.
Solution: Working closely with the company’s founder and leadership team, Lumen Marketing helped iAuto Analytics accomplish the following:
- Consulted on CRM system best practices
- Identified CRM requirements based upon attributes unique to automotive dealership data points and sales prospecting needs
- Customized HubSpot CRM fields, imported and segmented audiences
- Developed HubSpot email templates, landing pages, lead generation forms, workflows, and drip campaigns
- Executed drip campaigns and monthly newsletters for test markets as part of the MarketScope MVP
- Provided HubSpot user training to BDR team
