Project Description

Challenge: The Women’s Bean Project, a Denver-based nonprofit which provides a safe work environment where under served women learn the skills required to become great workers, was looking for a new revenue stream, and considered manufacturing costume jewelry. The organization’s Board wanted to discover whether or not jewelry would be a viable product line.

Solution: Spearheaded a new business and marketing plan for the nonprofit organization.

Researched new jewelry business line, which included surveys, primary and secondary research
• Worked with Executive Director on distribution, promotional and pricing strategies
• Organization employs an average of 12 program participants annually as a result of the new jewelry product line
