Challenge: Develop a new corporate website to reflect TrackVia’s narrowed business focus around workflow management. Given a one-month deadline for completion of the new website.
Solution: Led and managed the development of a brand new website, using a non-traditional approach to launch it:
• Launched new website in 45 days, reducing costs by $50K via in-house design and development.
• Increased organic visits to website and blog +210% through reformed technical and on-page SEO and persona-specific content including white papers, case studies, videos, infographics and blog posts.
Strategically planned for how the website could evolve as the business continued to narrow its go-to-market strategy. Additionally, our team was strategic in how the site could be changed and updated without the help of a more skilled WordPress developer. As a result, any changes can be reflected on the website with a minimal amount of effort.
Organized and managed vendors that included an SEO firm and video production company. Got those vendors to buy in to the non-traditional process and aggressive timeline for launch. Worked with leadership in every department of the company to ensure that all stakeholder needs were met.
Project leadership included strategic planning, story boarding, designing/building WordPress page layouts, designing all visual elements, copywriting and search engine optimization.
Post-launch, we continued to iterate on the site’s content and structure with a robust resources section, as well as a new industries section, visual and technical updates, as well as ongoing SEO.
